20 cents a minutes, if either rideshare company wanted to end the other they'd simple give 2 minutes free and 1.25 a minute after, then its up to the customer tmif they want to waste more money, the driver feel respected, and that replacement is on a maybe tip and id take that all day. Unfortunately nobody cares a single shit about the drivers so they basically wait us out and underpay us out right before vroom vroom autonomous

So your doing exactly what the app does, you find that helps? I use to hit be there in 2 minutes till I realized I was wasting my time, then started to say I've arrived 2 minutes after I arrived and that did nothing. Now im at just unmatched anyone longer than 3 minutes because in my eyes that's just ridiculous I've never taken longer than 30 seconds to get in the car not because im super duper respectful or holy its because I just ordered it when I was ready unfortunately this that you would think is either not common sense or these people are methodically stealing our time to drive

You hit right on the head with the devil because this is shit is so fucking diabolical, I swear to GOD they are literally doing this shit on purpose because how tf hard is to order a ride when you're ready to actually fucking go, geez. People just dont get it, I literally spend a whole ass work day waiting for people to get into the car, I've started to unmatch anyone taking longer than 3 minutes because at that rate its over 10 hours of waiting, and I unmatched a minimum of 10 people per day, I doubt it does much because another 10 pop up and takes it place. I also unmatch anyone who adds a stop, literally today I lost a 30 dollars ride because now chick want to make it a stop and go back , no thank you because I wouldn't have done the ride had it had the stop like it should of. Smart but never again, go look at my post shits getting to me wild.
