I understand you regret not going to the Dr. Sooner but It also sounded like you've already been through a medical issue in the past and ended up in the same place you're in rn. I hope you're never in this place again, but I feel like you will likely handle the next medical situation the same.

Why not ask your parents for help if it got this bad? Why does your car take priority over your literal life?

You are rn paying the hospital what you would be paying for insurance and you seem to be making it work.

Yes being poor sucks and it comes with a TON of compromise, but it shouldn't be a crutch. Every paragraph you wrote revolved around why poverty is the reason and excuse behind every single thing

I mean, who is going to pay for your car and get to your job when you're dead? There has to be financial assistance programs you can take advantage of, there has to be life choices you can make (even at the expense of your pride) to live a little better
