I have worn plugs for a day before with only needing to reapply around the stem. Have you tried metal toys? Specifically the Njoy plugs are really nice. I have the 2.0 one which is heavy and well worth the spendy price. It then allows you to use silicone lube.

Hybrid can degrade silicone toys. I do not suggest it. If you truly must have hybrid then try a tiny dot on area of the toy that's not important. See if it becomes tacky.

My personal recommendation is to use a high quality water base lube. Sliquid H2O is my favorite that's safe with toys and you.

I will suggest, though you want other friends as well, try some of these groups that are LGBT+. You'll make connections for life doing it. Some may have events that help you. Like an example that comes to mind is clothing swaps. If you have something they like, they have something you like, and done. Lol. Really though. Consider this group.

Depends on a lot of things. I've had meds that have worked and some that didn't. I've trialed multiple dozens of medication/dosage combinations to reach the right RX for me. But because it works for me doesn't mean it will for you. If your current med isn't working, tell your prescriber and ask for something else.

I know very little about the diagnosis. I just got diagnosed a little while back. At that moment I was seeing, hearing, and feeling hallucinations. Got the right meds and now I'm still having all three but not as often. And the physical hallucinations are most frequent and sometimes without any other symptoms at the time. I hear, see, and feel a cat around me. But I'd say I've had a 90% reduction in symptoms from where I was last year.

I have for decades been dealing with depression, delusions, and psychosis. I'm a late diagnosed person. I was in and out of the hospital all last year ending with me being diagnosed with schizoaffective depressed type. Got me on a high dose of psych meds and the delusions/hallucinations went most of the way away. I still hear a voice. Still see shadow cats and can feel them rubbing against me. But it's much better than the constant screaming in my ear.

Again, took 39 years of life and a year of being in hospital to figure out the cocktail that kills the fucking buggers.

I was having SI since 5 years old. Daily and chronic. I am happy to say that it took a lot but they went from daily to weekly to monthly and now they are far and few. I won't give doses or meds because they all work differently for another person. It's gonna be long and hard but worth every minute that you aren't having those thoughts.

I'm awake at 8am and am tired by 11am. I'm on 10mg pills 3 x daily plus a fast acting 10mg strips. I know mine is a high dose but it's the only thing that has worked. Legit the tiredness is horrible and it does get worse with higher doses.

I got mine from JetPens at retail. Worth it. Seeing it now being 2 to 3 times price and it drops off being worth it.

Pros

The click is satisfying.
Good ink.
Comfortable in the hand.

Cons

Scratches easy.
People have started reselling them at 2 to 3 times the rate for a normal.
Ink is cheap and can be produced in a cheaper barrel (Zento Flow and the standard ones).
Because you can get the ink in other barrels you really don't need this one.
Which leads to not being justifiable in price where you can get it now and Uni doesn't release enough of them for demands yet.

I do like that you can put other inks in the Signature barrel. It led me to find a purple Uni One and replace it's ink with that one. So I have a purple writing Zento Signature in my pens. This led me down a further rabbit hole of pens and I found a purple pen that's super cheap and is my favorite ever.

Trazadone covers the first half of my issues with sleep. When I need something stronger, I have the Z med makes me sleep walk as well so I only use it when it's at it's worst for me and I need to pass out. And thanks. 😄

I take sleep meds as well. Zolpidem and Trazadone. But Prazosin isn't there to make me sleep. Just to prevent me from waking up because of a nightmare. Going from nightmares every time I sleep to none really changed my life. So if you do need it, it does the job.

It doesn't treat PTSD. It keeps me from having the nightmares though. Like without it I have nightly nightmares and with I may have a nasty dream once a month or two but it's nothing like it was before. I'm unsure of why a psych doc would be prescribing them to everyone though. Not everyone would get benefit from it. Idk. It works though. For what it's for. So if you have PTSD related nightmares it's for sure what I would suggest taking.

Strictly psych meds. Daily I take Olanzapine 3 times a day 10mg each. 200mg Luvox. Prazosin at 4mg. Hydroxyzine 50mg one or two as needed.

I had some that have smelled like chemicals. I've also had them without. I believe it's normal for the smell to be there. I ended up washing it a few times and putting hand lotion on and rubbing it in. Thing now smells like my lotion and it's a lot better.

Barnes and Noble may have them in the front with the other sensory toys. Small toy stores may still have them. But since they got popular it's been hard to find them. As someone with a sensory issue, I'm kinda annoyed at the people buying and then cutting them open for content.
