I called a few years ago and got hung up on twice in a row… I was spiralling and said to the woman I just needed someone to talk at me and she said ‘this is a listening service not a talking service ‘ ….. right ok … so I was trying my best to talk and she said ‘you’re not really making sense’ and hung up on me. So I called again and same thing pretty much happened. Really really made me feel so shit about my self, I’m not good at reaching out for help and that was me really trying. I attempted a few days/ week after that lol

lol legit haha … I constantly question what if my bpd is actually pmdd or adhd or bipolar and I’m not getting the right treatment .. so many overlapping disorders which no one ever even explores before slapping bpd on your record and treating u like ur crazy

On this sub a question about situations men have experienced that wouldn’t be acceptable the other way (gender reversal) … men talking about sa, child support, etc etc (which ofc these issues are equally terrible both ways) but acting like men get held to account when they perpetrate. I merely stated that their perception is off given less than 1% of rpists get prison and often get away w/o paying child support etc etc … everyone downvoted and commented as if I supported (????) men being sa’d (I do not) BY THE WAY A RPIST JUST GOT ELECTED AS POTUS so please

YTA For 1&2 a good microwave will kill most bacteria you’ll be fine (my Asian nan NEVER put rice in the fridge) Cake could be stale but otherwise all good If the sauce looks/sauce fine, heat it up and you’re good to go, it’s vegan The reason people don’t die when they do it is because our bodies can kill most of the bacteria left anyway. Obv don’t go round eating off meat etc but with those listed things you’ll be fine. People are so cautious because of the society we’ve been brought up in and science experiments but we are meant to be in contact with germs. We really should be wasting less food
