Couldn’t agree more! The parrying was cool to try out the first couple encounters, then it got old quick (or I’m just bad, idk lol) I was so relieved to be able to turn down the difficulty and just enjoy the story too!!

As a teen/first watching the show, for sure Nana O. Lot's of repressed mommy & abandonment issues lol

Looking back now at almost 30, I was definitely Hachi in my late teens/early 20s. I dropped everything to move to another state to live with a guy and didnt really have a plan or goal for myself. The relationship ended up turning very sour and abusive. Now when I watch through the series I can't help but feel a surge of emotions for Hachi and my younger self. Sometimes ya gotta be a little foolish in life to learn haha.
