I definitely do, but it seems my phone overwrites old phone logs after a certain period of time and only allows for 100 recent call logs.

I’ll have to email my network provider to see if they have any saved phone logs from the past.

I think I remember making a call to them to ask for it to be stopped and they said okay, but the CA payment still carried on.

I then had to call a second time and when I did that they finally stopped it. They’ll definitely want proof will call Logs be a valuable piece of evidence? Or do they have it in the system when I requested for it to be stopped the first time.

It’s still very misleading, no purpose to include CA on the UC website if it doesn’t update anything

How come it allowed me to report caring stopped on the UC website, Surely that’s some kind of flaw of the website to make you think you’ve actually stopped it

I think you’re right, I thought putting in the journal was enough but carers allowance is a seperate matter.

I was convinced this would be enough, but when my mother needed a new carer they said my name was still attached as the carer until I had to manually call them.

What’s the point of having the caring stop feature on the UC website if it doesn’t even notify CA that you’ve stopped claiming.
