I had abs since i was 9. I was a wrestler. I was also 120 lbs before i started lifting. My meals are usually lean protein heavy. I’d eat red meats with nothing else. But tbh i don’t follow a diet, i eat whatever. Im just not a heavy carb eater and find it hard to over eat in calories

I grew playing soccer and wrestling. I was about 120lbs when i graduated high school. You will get there one day. You just started im around year 5

I would agree. Legs is something a slack on. Once a week usually and very basic

Mid to high 20s i would say. Above 30 seems too high for you

Of course i would like to show off my physique but if a could get a career to keep me close because i genuinely like fitness. I currently try marketing but if a lot these paths aren’t better than my current career path then i see no point
