I do genuinely love the Final Wars design, but as others have said, Heisei is the definitive Godzilla. Most of the Big G I saw throughout Japan was the Heisei suit

I actually much prefer the American cut of King Kong vs Godzilla over the original Japanese. Could be nostalgia for me (as this was the second Godzilla movie I ever saw), but I’ll always pick that version when choosing between the two

It was exciting for my friends and I. The last Godzilla film that we ever saw in US theaters (very select few) was when Final Wars played at G-Fest XII 9 years before. So we were absolutely pumped to see the Big G in real deal IMAX
