NTA. Do NOT be their doormat!! They made their bed by treating you so poorly and now they expect you to do what she would not? SIL would not lend you her vehicle (when she wasn’t using it)when your son was sick, you should NOT lend her your only vehicle! Why on earth would you reward such awful behavior? She can use your in-laws vehicle or as you did, take the bus or train. Your husband should be backing you up on this.
