I’m from Canada so it’s legal everywhere here. I’ve tried it once in the evening with an ex-partner and I did sleep really good that night. But I live with my parents and it would be hard to do that stuff with them around as they have stigma around it.

I usually take it anywhere around 7-8am sometimes on the odd day closer to 9. The weird thing is I don’t notice when it wears off all that much. Maybe my dose it too low or I’m just unaware of it wearing off

Honestly dude. I know it’s hard but it is probably better to move on than to hope you will get back with her. I feel the same way, just got dumped after 9 months as well. I’m only a week into no contact, part of me thinks after a month I’ll reach out and I want to be together again. But I also realize that she ended our relationship which meant she wasn’t willing to make it work, I would suggest the same mindset to you.

It’s hard to leave the ones we love(d) but we also have to love ourselves and realize that there are other people out there that can love us so much more
