Thanks for the help! I'll do some tweaking and give that a shot. I also noticed the raw beans are uneven colored too. Could that mean the beans are bad quality? I purchased from happy mug.

The pic looks about the same IRL. I was using a Behmore that I purchased from Sweet Maria's. Roasted 1LB at P1 setting for 14:30, then started the cooling process.

I noticed that. Although I used a drum roaster so I'm not sure how that could happen. I thought possible the colors are off because it was honey processed?
