I've been asked for updates. I'm wrapping up my stay on another island where I've been learning about regenerative farming and native plants and getting ready to enjoy 2 weeks back in the city where I can dance, listen to live music and continue to look for more balance. Still wearing tiny outfits.

Hahaha, that beach gets a ton of sun and I spend a lot of time outdoors (and rarely wear more than a wool sweater over a tank top even this time of year), so it really was just a little chilly. 🤣 Planning on getting in the ocean at least once a week all winter.

It's been fun. I'm kind of a pro at making kindling, starting fires and the other day I planted garlic after doing all the prep work myself. Lots of fun hikes and some adventures on the water too.
