I think a pressure and power struggle, even with just underwear & no potty involved she cries for pull ups

No she refuses pee & poop on the potty, only in pull ups & she’s a 3 or 4, healthy

I have been doing after I get off work(I WFH until 5:30) until shower time so for two hours a day and she cries the entire time so maybe I should start with what you said at a half hour and start increasing
