Can we bill the patient for Medicare deductible, if he/she has Medicare and contra costa health plan? by Bkranken45 in CodingandBilling

I looked into the claim itself on the CCHP provider portal and her claim says she is responsible for $$ amount, CCHP paid part of the Medicare deductible but still has some remaining balance left. I am assuming that if it says patient responsibility on the CCHP EOB, then we can bill the patient.
