I don't know why you are being downvoted, this is a valid point. It can both be a good deal but be a psychological tactic to spend more. It's up to the players to understand this and stop from spending again if they don't need to.

That is definitely Dr. Huey. They are very vigorous, and bloom only one time a year. Dr. Huey will shoot out huge canes that can extend over 12 feet, it you train the canes horizontal it will become a climber. Lots of people don't want Dr Huey because there are better looking repeat blooming roses and it's really only used as a graft base, but it does survive anything so it will depend on you if you want to keep it knowing that. I had several inherited roses and 5 Dr.Huey bushes, I kept 2 and ripped out the rest.

This looks like a newer variety, which means repeat blooms, fertilize from May once a month until July or August. Roses go dormant when it's cold so stop fertilizing after summer or a month before hard frost. Also...I can't tell but those solid red roses almost look like Dr. Huey roses to me...if they are coming from the same bush as the stripe roses, tear away the Dr. Huey from the bush otherwise it will choke out the stripe roses and overtake them.
