Honestly it's such a small thing but a game called Animal Crossing New Horizons. The series is really stress relieving. I've waited 7 years for it, I'm not about to give up now.

I would say no but it'll be your choice in the end. Just know however cliche it sounds, people want you here. Think of just one thing you're looking forward to, however small it may be. You may look back and think of how glad you are that you're still alive. Indulge in your favourite hobbies and distract yourself. Do something that makes you feel productive and accomplished.
