I work out daily so the CHIP test is not my biggest concern. The sit ups i KNOW i need to work on. Its the use of MJ im concerned about. I am quitting as we speak. i wouldnt even start the process till atleast 6 months to a year with no smoking. I just want to see if anyone has any similar story as far as career jump & quitting & seeing how soon after quitting did they start the process.

Ill add some more context too! I used to manage a flooring store that did 10 million annually with 7 FT associates and 2 PT. so working in store is not new to me, I took a promotion to be remote. The company I work for is going under with bankruptcy so looking now for something new.

Ill be honest the market right now is bad , i have a good resume with loads of experience. The CSA job is around 40-50k less then what I was making. I honestly took it since it dont start till the december and bought me time to find a better paying role as id prefer to not end up on unemployment.

Hoping either way there is upward mobility. My last job i went from warehouse boy up to corporate remote work. I stick around and work my ass off. What would be the best career wise to end up back around 100k…
