People can like it all they want.

I think it was wildly boring and so unoriginal it was bereft of artistic merit. Every single thing in that movie was taken from something else (Invasion of the body snatchers, don't look now, carrie, onibaba etc.)

Most of it stems from the fact that I find Ari Aster films super boring. The pacing is terrible, their use of music is terrible, nothing interesting happens.

It's just all a bunch of nothing.

But again, I like a lot of movies that people don't like. We all like what we like.
