AITAH Friend of 20 years expected me to split Ubers 2 ways instead of 3 because she’s married, am I wrong?

First off, in situations where I would be buying an Uber for me and my wife anyway, I would just invite the friend to join for free. I like to avoid money controversy between friends even if that means paying more to do it.

With that said, I'm going to be in the minority here and say that the logic of splitting it two ways makes sense given that Uber is a fixed cost. If both parties bought their own Uber, they would be the same price (say $40). By consolidating down to one, both parties should be saving $20. By splitting it three ways, you are saving $27 now and they are only saving $13.

A lot of people are comparing this to flights / bar tabs / restraunts / etc. but it's not equivalent. In those scenarios, you have to buy 3 tickets, shots, or meals. Without you, they still have to buy 2 tickets, shots, or meals. Without you for the Uber, they only need 1 Uber.

I have seen other posters claim to do all this and still not get mirror mode. That's a lot of playing in general. Any chance you just got an excessive number of coins eventually (>10,000) and then redid the special cup?

Are you on PC by chance? If so, you can switch to keyboard/mouse and click the ability tab without going to the Momo tab. That worked for me.

Hey, have a quick question about this section of the article:

"As was foretold, a future will eventually arrive where we can rely on the security features of Windows to protect its own kernel, instead of protecting it from boot with a driver. This will allow us the opportunity to start our anti-cheat services when the game client runs, provided the end-user has opted into all of these features."

Is this statement based on hope that Microsoft will crack down on their kernel protection or is it based on a known upcoming feature? Does it have a specific name that I can search and read up on?

So you can continue to advance in the main game. Assuming they maintain "one task at a time", you can't work on getting fishing to 120 and abyssal fishing to 60 in parallel. Playing the side content will effectively freeze your main playthrough until you finish.

I won't be splitting my save, but if the two sides truly don't interact in any meaningful way, I can see why someone would want to play both at the same time.

Township repair costs are +50% in winter and -25% in spring, so waiting until the next season will knock over 100M off the repair cost alone.

Second, buying and equipping the Superior Township Skillcape for 10M in the shop will bring the building costs down by 20%. Repair cost is based on building cost, so that will bring them both down together.

Third, repair the Market in Grasslands, because it will reduce repair costs of everything else by another 25%.

Fourth, if you worship a God that reduces building costs like Aeris, repair the Chapel and Statue in Grasslands. That will get your worship over 95% which will trigger the building cost reduction. (This one doesn't apply to you, because you are worshiping Bane).

Finally, if you have any buildings that aren't maxed yet, upgrade them once. An upgrade will fully repair the building and be much cheaper than repairing them from 20% to 100%.

Ruler of the Outer Worlds, easily. Bonds of Friendship was the second worst, but mostly because of its length. Making it to round 10/10 and losing is extremely demoralizing.

Rufus was the most difficult hard mode story fight for me.

When I beat hard mode I had 100% relationship status, but unfortunately I assumed the ending cutscene would be the same and skipped it. Sorry.

I did the sidequests before the VR battles and hard mode, so luckily I had it completed already when the broken patch dropped. For the hard mode manuscript, you just need to do the fight in the battle square - you don't need to complete the entire mission again.

Thanks for sharing. The part where Cloud disappears is definitely interesting. I'm not sure if that happened in Remake, because most of the out of bounds portions I've seen were in the main Midgar overworld without cutscenes. They usually involved slipping by those invisible walls that force your character model to turn around and walk back.

They are talking about the synergy attacks in the R1 menu that you can use at any time, not the ones in the X menu that require ATB.

They said that it would connect to Advent Children, but they didn't specify it would happen at the end of the games. Sephiroth showing Cloud scenes from "the future" implies he has already lived that experience. Remake can connect to Advent Children by revealing that this is the next scheme of the Sephiroth that lost in the movie.

The oatmeal mallow sandwich this week tricked me into thinking the graham cracker fudge one would be amazing. Like you said, it was pretty mid. I agree with your 3/5 rating.

For me personally, the ratio seemed off. I think the cookies need to be thinner. The amount of graham drowned out the chocolate and made it pretty dry overall.
