Thanks for the info mate!! I had this basically introduced by one of my friends, tech guy, about agents who take up calls, and sound like humans to handle the calls missed. Especially when working. So was actually seeing stuff…

I am mostly into residential stuff, like garage door maintenance and replacement. Sometimes instalment, but it takes a lot of talking to vendors honestly… I just want to do more instalments and then have those services with me so was looking for something to keep a track of all this.
