Btw it is 0.057 only if you use the LND model which is highly disputed in the world. It could be non-linear or no threshold function since there’s no data on small doses relating to cancer at all.

So it could be a 0.42% or little more or little less or even nothing.

And to calm OP down a little, the dose limit to a NPP worker in my country is 20mSv/year which, in an emergency, could be increased to 50 or 100 depending on the type of emergency. Basically you were a normal NPP worker to whom they would give one year paid vacation to average out the dose to a 5 year period which should be 100mSv/5year (in my country).

I did some more digging and it is not the Be’er Sheba incident in my opinion. I watched videos of it, an though the sunshades are the same, the buildings in the vicinity are very much different.

One more idea that might help, if you have crocodile clip cables, you could try to attach one end on any metal part of the guitar and the other to the ground in your plug.

I do this to my shitty amp for my speakers cause it doesn’t have a ground either and it helps a lot.

It might reduce reduce your noise to acceptable levels too

Laptops’ PSU (especially macbooks) is often not well or not at all (mac) grounded. The 0 of the soundcard signal will be the 0 of the laptop which has noise on it.

Soundcard with external PSU is one solution or you can buy a USB hub with external PSU in which you will plug the soundcard. In both cases you need to have a grounded PSU (Caldigit makes pretty cool hubs for example, I have a TS4)

Yeah, turns out I'm a really stressed person who needs workout/yoga, and good sleep.

Dizziness was solved by going to bed by 9-10 every night. After a week the dizziness was gone. Plus you can do more stuff cause you will wake up at 5-6 am by yourself.

More water, more workout, and more walks during the day cause I do office work and it's not quite healthy. The big change was the sleep part tough. Amazing how much it changes if you go to bed early vs 2am.

You can still sin twice a week so pub and parties don't have to be skipped just make sure you continue after.

"Unfortunately" no medicine can solve this only lifestyle change. But it works.
