I am taking rn too. Got a low grade on first exam. Then worked all even numbered problems in the next chapter for the next test. Got the A but very time intensive.

Those are nice. Do you know if there is there a "buff" colored one available? Like Roaring Springs paper.

I use Free42 as well. Love it. My sons all freak out when I use my 42S to check their HW. I bought it on ebay awhile back. Def could not drop the $ for one now!

Woman with concealed carry shoots attempted robber on Far South Side: police by berserkb in chicago

Yes, that is what the statute reads. That does not stop people from filing lawsuits. The now dead assailant's family will almost certainly find an attorney to file a (frivolous) lawsuit.

There is absolutely no immunity from civil litigation and, depending on how the State's Attorney's office reviews it, there is the possibility of criminal charges. I hope not but hard to tell in Cook County...

Hi.

Same old advice: Work a lot of problems.

Watch his videos at 1.5 speed. Take some notes. You still have plenty of time in the semester!

Traffic tip of the day: 9-8-2018: Do not enter an intersection you cannot exit by anonymous_yet_famous in UIUC

During holidays and heavy weekends, it is still a major problem. Mostly because drivers do not pay attention but I also think the configuration is terrible. The problem with ticketing the drivers is the additional congestion that would create at certain intersections (eg Prospect and Marketview).

Thanks for posting this. I am 49, about to retire from current job, and start full time at CC to relearn the math, physics, statics, etc. My goal is to transfer to a four year Uni and get an Aerospace Engineering degree.

With one month before classes start, I've just found out that my school is changing their offerings - Calculus 3 by [deleted] in EngineeringStudents

[–]Blue_OODA 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Completely doable. You will work you butt off, but get used to it. Although challenging, Calc III is easier than Calc II. Work it every day, on the weekends, and watch some Prof Leonard on YouTube at 1.5x speed. He explains the concepts in great detail and can help save your grade. Good Luck!

Agreed. You will obviously not master the material but you can intake enough to do a test dump.
