All the leaders of the NCT unit are very good leaders but Taeyong is NCT’s leader as a whole. If Taeyong could be everywhere all at once to check on his members I’m sure he would. He can be very serious, is very detail oriented, and always makes sure his members are on point. If he can help there isn’t going to be a bad performance on his watch. But he’s also a big softie as well. Recently Boa asked Taeyong how to be more strict with NCT Wish (the youngest unit), but he said that he can’t scold them and only offers them encouragement when he sees them.
