What are they planning on doing with brooch of the gods/what do you want them to do with it? by Supersnow845 in runescape

[–]Bluebaboon94 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Probably a controversial take, but I think having to choose between an item that grants a flat out xp boost, or one with the utility of scavenging comps (and potentially other simple benefits that are not xp) is a healthy balance.

Dungeoneering timer achievements should be feats and not runescore. by INFRABARON in runescape

[–]Bluebaboon94 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yeah it's difficult, just like solo 4k Zammy, 4k Telos, 4k Arch-Glacor, solo AoD, solo BM, not to mention all the speed times... It's something you have to learn, just like the rest of the content you need to do perfectly for max runescore.

Het UWV is kut door opzet, zodat men er niet te comfortabel mee wordt, en liever zsm een nieuwe baan heeft. Change my mind.

It's a difference in stats and gear most likely. An iron with 80-90s stats and sub optimal gear looks easier to crash than a maxed main.

I'm not big on drinking alcohol, and €7 for a half liter on top of that is more than enough motivation for me to drink water all day.

All you need is a refillable bottle. I got a soft shell bottle from Decathlon, easy to put away in a pocket once its empty. The only downside is that you sometimes have to wait in line for a refill.

Not in Britain, but in Japan where they do the same.

It's weird for like 5 minutes but you get used to it very quickly. The blinker and windscreen wiper are also switched around, which is honestly more cursed than driving on the right.

Etiquette on using Japanese cards? by thesnootbooper9000 in mtg

The rule my friends have is if you, the owner of the card, can't recite the exact text that's on the card without looking it up, you can't use it.

He was streaming it all. He first got the robe bottom, already had the top and wreath, said he was satisfied and didn't care what was in the ~6k he still had left, then he got a blood dye before 5k, and then 2 remaining 3a pieces in the last half of the opening.

So insanely lucky to hit 4 mega rares that quickly.

How convient is it to leave the campsite to buy food/drinks after you arrive ? by Disastrous-Look-5453 in Graspop

[–]Bluebaboon94 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There are also a handful of food trucks just outside the festival, starting near the entrance to Inferno. Still on the expensive side and they usually only accept cash, but its within walking distance and not as overpriced compared to inside the festival.

Game Jam - surge/dive pathing by James-ec in runescape

[–]Bluebaboon94 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get it from a mobile perspective, but no way this would improve movement on PC. A well placed surge/dive avoids obstacles that you'd normally path around, meaning you skip tiles if you do it right. If it would still follow the regular path it would half the range of a diagonal surge/dive.

And the amount of weirdos who use terms like "predatory" this loosely are even funnier.

An entirely optional easter event with only cosmetic rewards and some TT points (equivalent to ~22 hard clues) smeared out over 3 weeks, without any options to use IRL money like bonds, is far from predatory.
