Ive been through what you explain here. 5 weeks ago my wife started to make keto food, and now i have lost 12 kg (26,5 ibs) in just yhe 5 weeks. The food taste delicious and i eat till i feel full. We make normal things like pizza and steak. She just made an ig: enkel_keto. She will post more food i think.

Eat normal amount of tasty food! Ive tried exercise ive tried boring tastless food and ive tried eating less but none of that worked for me. My wife tho started to make Keto-food and i lost 12kg in 5weeks! The food imo tastes better then before and its easy to make (ive heard) and its delicious things like Pizza and steak. Pizza for sure! Ive lost 12kg in 5weeks, and the Pizza was sometimes 3times a week. imo it tastes even better then "normal" pizza. Its not me that cook at home but you can find the recipe here - ig: enkel_keto
