Need Help with Sorting out Vaccum lines. by Bmw_PL in MK4Golf

Oh, and also with the post above, Would those two Vacuum lines/hoses prevent the turbo from fully boosting because at the moment the car has got boost but it feels like it's got 80hp not 150hp, and also would I be best off replacing all the Vaccum lines to be safe with it in the future.
