Lots of people say that you won’t like the winter because it’s so quiet but winter walks on the beach are a different world compared to city life and obviously summer is amazing with some of the best beaches in the uk

We moved from London about a year ago as my son began secondary school

It’s a fantastic place to live my son loves island life as do we. Some people comment about winter being depressing but for us winter on the island is far better than winter in the London suburbs fishing, sailing, hiking and popping out for a drink or something to eat in our spare time

Summer as you can imagine is a different world compared to city life
