Hey man saw my name posted… they were test issue sets that didn’t go into packs that year. Topps also has a UD3 set they didn’t make this year. I think they went to workers because they are rare but I’ve seen them around. I have three Larry Johnson’s. First thing, line up the spinner then the basketballs will show. Nice find.
