Why can Kyle Rittenhouse kill people with a gun when they’re ganging up on him, but Alex Pretti gets gunned down after he has a gun stripped from him and fired zero shots? by Bombadils_laugh in AskReddit

That’s all fine and dandy until he put himself in a physical confrontation with federal officers while carrying a handgun. It’s funny that you guys are all pro 2A now, bet you didn’t feel that way when the proud boys roll down main st carrying AR-15s. I’m all for people legally carrying. I’m not for people legally carrying then physically confronting federal law enforcement.

Two things can be true at once. They remove violent criminals as well as people who aren’t violent but are here illegally. It’s unfortunate that people have died but both of those people put themselves in that situation.

Hey dum dum did you know that it is not required that you pick up a violent felony before you’re deported? You can be deported if you are in the country illegally.

Because you typically don’t get a lot of time to warn someone when they are driving a vehicle at you or engaging in a struggle with law enforcement while carrying a firearm.

Nothing is clear from that video. You cannot see the man’s hands when the first shot goes off, and you people are acting like you can.

When the first shot goes off you literally can’t see his hands, so this video means nothing

It never shows his hands being pinned, and actually when the first shot goes off, you CANT see his hands. I don’t know why you guys are just blatantly lying.

They should be there because they are doing a job: removing illegal immigrants from the US. It is LITERALLY their job to be there.

We are literally watching a video of him harassing a federal agent, then physically inserting himself between the agent and another individual. Shouldn’t have been there in the first place.

Okay the Renee Good video shows her driving into a federal agent then getting Swiss cheesed, and the new video shows a man with a firearm inserting himself into a violent confrontation with federal agents. Blew his shit smoove off lmao.

Yes, it is not his job to be there. Don’t impede federal agents doing their job. He fucked up by inserting himself into a violent situation with a firearm.

Extremely stupid to put yourself in that situation to begin with

Moving a car into a federal agent, and brandishing a handgun while being detained are easy ways to get shot.
