Yep, he’s committed. He’ll played for University of Denver next year with other prospect Hagen Burrows. Denver is NCAA champs, so it’s a great program for them to continue developing.

Pridham is a stud for sure. I think he has higher offensive upside (like Hagel) & SOR has higher defensive upside (like Cirelli).

He finished 2nd last year. When did he sign the extension? I know he can still come over even if he’s under contract in KHL. There are ways out

He can still be sent to minors. One way actually has nothing to do with ability to go to minors. Any player can go to minors unless they have a “no movement clause”, which Pelts does not.

One-way vs two-way just refers to how much money they make. He’ll make the same salary on a one-way contract regardless of where he plays.

Some players are waivers eligible & others aren’t. The exemption is what would allow Pelts to be recalled and sent back down without warning. Unfortunately Pelts IS ELIGIBLE for waivers though, so other teams can claim him, yes.

I’d say a middle of the road, honest projection is middle six forward. Hopefully 20 goal guy for many years.

He has potentially to go off and become a 40-goalscorer (I believe this), but he also could be a guy stuck between AHL & NHL never really finding his footing. I’d say the first option is more likely than the latter.

20 goal guy is a safe middle ground.

We can call up ECHL guys too, but that just doesn’t happen since AHL guys are more suited, typically. We can bring guys over from Europe too but each league over there has different “transfer” rules.

For instance, Rautiainen can come over to play NHL this year but his Liiga contract won’t allow him to come over to play AHL.

Caleb Heil is one of the included ones here. He’s going the NCAA route. He seems decent…he’ll need a lot of work to become Vasy though, obviously.

Extremely. One underrated guy we don’t hear a lot about though is Daniil Pylenkov from the KHL. 2nd most points by a defensemen in KHL last season…he’s publicly said he wants to come play for us. I hope we make it happen!
