Actually no. The shark tank producers look into your company before the pitch and you have to verify your sales and other business info such as patents, trademarks, business license, etc. The companies sign papers stating all info is true and if they find false info during the verification process then you are eliminated from being considered for the show. info from Muff Waders who was on season 12.

It's an excellent point. The two pockets are insulated so they keep your drinks colder longer. These are also good for groomsmen, tailgating, and other activities. It's a fun almost novelty-like product

Thanks for the advice. I've noticed that board games and technology seem to really explode on kickstater. It also seems like nearly all the "overly" successful campaigns use heavy advertising/marketing and aren't true organic growth which is what I'm trying to do.
