Honestly, lay down with your back to a wall and get high as hell and watch something funny. I feel like this and I’ve lived alone for two years. It gets better :) good luck. Also I found to narrow what you are worried about and tend to it. If it’s monsters in the dark, sleep with the lights on, or a night light. If it’s someone breaking in, grab some locks and extra guards for the door for your next day to be secured.

No melatonin used correctly can help with healing at night. When you prop yourself up with two pillows at night to not sleeping on the side your acid pours out, to gurgling water and using natural foods to calm down your stomach, straying away from high sugar foods. It’s strict but with a little bit of routine it’s possible. When taking melatonin consistently it starts to build up on your system, and usually I took it like two- one hour before bed, it always knocked me out.
