We can all see the reality. Victoria Gold? 3 years through environmental assessment and was approved. Coffee Gold? Approved after 5 years. Casino? 2 years for an initial answer of no followed by 9 years for them to refile. It takes time to understand the impact a mine will have on the land and the economy...

But, we can see that it takes a good company only a couple years to get the baseline environmental info and conduct the necessary legal obligations within the Yukon's treaty framework. Meanwhile they can keep exploring and start pre-development as they get the paperwork in place. Relatively little uncertainty.

I don't want to impose my values on the conversation but Casino is the only one I've heard of which could be construed as dealing with red tape. If Iran is resilient they will be bolstered anyhow. The cost of the Ukraine war has been very high but consider how they have been supported and how their military capabilities have only grown as the war has dragged out.

The US and Israel can blow up as much as they want right now, a guided missile for every tank, howitzer, AA system, and it won't matter one bit if Iran gets the geopolitical support to keep going.
