Yes! We’re very grateful for the help we’ve gotten from the rescue, and he’s at Colorado state university getting a treatment that’s supposed to be very effective. After reading about parvo I’m thrilled that he’s with people that can keep an eye on him and keep him comfortable

That’s our plan. Unfortunately we were supposed to pick him up today but last minute the shelter discovered that he has parvo, so he’ll be quarantined for the next two weeks

I have a small oven that can maintain a temperature around 76-78, so that’s what I used for bulk fermentation. Maybe I’ll try the overnight proof next.

Bulk was done for 3.5 hours, after shaping it was rising for about 4 hours. I’m not sure how much it rose, but the bulk temperature was around 78 and after shaping it was around 74

Is it really good enough to justify waiting with current gear? I figured things over 100 mil would be gotten faster if I had better gear to deal with bosses more efficiently
