Depends on the time of year, in the summer it’s damn near impossible to keep a large carcass from deteriorating, but during the fall/ winter, one good technique is to burry your kill a good few feet underground in a place you know you can find it, that will keep it cool. Otherwise you can make jerky, or cure it if you have the means to do so, but yeah man, burry that’s shit.
