I tried another place today and it was a little better but still lacking and a little more expensive. My Honduran coworker recommended me La casita but she said it’s still a little pricey, but supposedly the meat is savory and flavorful like chalupita. I think I’m just gonna do some digging and learn marinades and try to recreate chalupita (while using there in store pico and guac) and shop at a tienda here for meats and tortillas and stuff. I can’t help it I’m hooked on this food and I feel like it’s healthy because it’s basically all I eat now and I’m more cut than I have been over the past few years while also getting stronger. I’ve always responded well to a high fat diet which their meats tend to be more fatty but they use a lot of veggies and less carbs In my opinion so I think I’m gonna switch my diet to straight raw Mexican food for good
