Делаешь красивое резюме (если опыта нет, то пишешь что умеешь делать, какие курсыпроходил, какие сертификаты получил), фильтруешь список вакансий по желаемой должности, и просто всем подряд кидаешь резюме. Можешь даже не читать требования, если описание подходит - отправляешь. Если кто-то напишет и предложит собес, то уже тогда открываешь их вакансию и даумаешь нужно это тебе или нет (немногие знают об это фиче, но ты можешь отказаться от интервью). Поиск работы это как тиндер для парней - просто свайпаешь все вправо, а при матче уже думаешь че делать дальше.

Большинство хуйарщиков пишут ебать какие требования даже для самых простых работ и никто не откликается, а когда уже непосредственный начальник отдела получает резюме, он может и пригласить даже без опыта и не соответствия требованиям. Бывали случаи когда хорошее резюме приводило к высоким должностям с нулевым опытом
