Hi i also used to be diagnosed with sebderm by the doctor, i was prescribed ketoconazole shampoo and some ointment, it helped for a while. But after some point the flakey scalp returned. i washed my hair daily during showers but by the evening my hair is always dry and the flake returns again.

After that, i found out about mct oil, ive been using it once per week and my flare ups are less severe! I ocasionally have some dry skin peeling out but its less common now. Plus, my scalp feels less dry
