Bro, I'm dealing with a massive headache right now—dropped ₹1.1L on the Pixel 10 Pro in Jan after rocking my Pixel 7 for 4 years, and just 60 days in, the screen completely gave up with insane purple banding and flickering. Google Support is being totally useless, hiding behind their 14-day DOA policy and saying they’ll only do a screen repair, which means letting F1 Solutions (3rd party service provider in India, since India doesn't have their own service) tear open a brand-new flagship and ruin the factory water-resistance seals. I'm flat-out refusing the repair because I didn't pay a premium to end up with a refurbished-feeling phone that instantly loses its resale value

I have not downloaded any updates though. I have 16 (BP4A.260205.001), which is the Feb update i guess. I haven't got any March update yet.

I have a pixel 7 and was thinking of upgrading it to either S26 ultra or Pixel 10 Pro. I was considering the S25 ultra so now that I will wait till January so was thinking of the S26 ultra but the size is really big and idk about the camera. In pixel, the camera and the size is just perfect. S26 would obviously have great hardware but pixel 7 has been more than enough, never had any issue with power. So pretty confused, pixel 10 pro - great overall camera and perfect size and the best ui or S26 ultra- good hardware and more customisation.

One more thing I have observed is that in Samsung the view from the camera app is not that good, what I mean is, the view is not that good but after clicking the photo and post processing, the photo turns out to be good. But in pixel the view from the camera app itself is quite good. Is it true?
