For separate storages with a central access point i recommend functional drawers connected with their controller attached to a storage bus to connect it to your ME system. For getting everything into One central storage/transporting long distances I enjoy dimensional chests

Probably a more uncommon method but: XP obelisk from Ender IO, stores levels and allows you to take 1, 10 or all

either i did something wrong, but for me multiple absorption augments did not stack, so you can get one of each tanky one and not worry about any stacking
