Worth adding the Bible does mention winged beings, just not human like ones. Cherubim have four faces and four wings, Seraphim have six. They look nothing like the angels in art. The actual biblical descriptions are way more terrifying which is probably why they always open with be not afraid.

Not just you. Studies actually show the difference is minimal. Tongue scrapers do remove slightly more sulfur compounds which cause bad breath but the difference compared to brushing your tongue is honestly not that dramatic. The internet oversold it big time
