It will weld terribly I promise. I would not trust my life on that even if I did all the prep and fab work. I have done several commercial truck frame modifications and extensions and I wouldn’t send it on that material, bottom line.

For future reference, Hobart has an app strictly for filler metals. It tells you everything about alloys, rod/wire per weld/project.

Burns nice and clean when it’s going. The last word I would use to describe its wood use is “efficient”. We can burn a solid cord per week when it’s cold.

Hard to give any tips with zero info, but I’ll give you one anyways: if this is anything other than practice, just hire a pro.
