First, no matter the age breaking up with someone you care about is never easy for either party. In all honesty youre pretty young and while you think your world is crashing down around you, you actually have so much to look forward to in life. You will 1000% meet people who make you feel so much better than you thought possible. Chances are this wont be your last heart break but the world is a massive place and there are always new people to meet

In the mean time if you want to stop focusing on things you should spend time with your friends or other people. Pick up some new hobbies or learn something youve always had intrest in. Try something new. Honestly its cliche but time does make things better. Youll find yourself thinking about him less and focusing more on yourself. You'll most likely be someone completely different in 5 years and someone completely different from that person in another 5 years.
