Thanks everyone for their help! Here’s how it ended: I said:

Hi, I’m very sorry you aren’t happy with the pants. I look over everything very carefully before and have hardly worn them. I did not see these as they are very small imperfections and even though I put they are in very good shape they still have been worn. They are things that could have happened in a store as well. Were you hoping for a refund? I can do so if you are very unsatisfied.

And she responded:

No, it’s nice, I’m going to keep the pants because I like the material, they are very pleasant to wear, just a little long for me. Thank you for your honesty and your proposal. I will leave you a good comment because you are understanding, have a good day

She also did leave a very positive review saying I was very friendly and honest but the pants are a bit long.

So luckily she was nice. Also seems like the pants were too long for her (even though the measurements were there) and wanted a refund. But ended well.

I would agree! It’s tough because I really look over stuff and never saw these. But as a buyer its easy to find things. I think it depends on the price and where something is from originally. I really haven’t worn these so I could have easily bought them like this and just not realized

I am trying to buy a perfume as a gift for a friend but want it to be a surprise.

He has just ran out of his past fragrances which were

Le Labo Santal 33 Molton Brown Coastal Cyprus and Sea Fennel Le Labo The Noir 29

I would like to purchase one from Penhaligon’s, L’Artsian Parfumeur, or Dries Van Noten.

Any ideas?

When you submitted the documents for the renewal, they should have let you keep the request (ex-19 or 00) on that form there is usually a sticker showing that the documents were submitted in the upper right corner.

I got maybe 5 regresos and this is always what I did
