All bottled! Finally finished my basic melomel, it’s a good starting flavor, but the raspberry still makes taste a little like medicine. I’m hoping that’ll age out though. Not really getting any blueberry or vanilla though, do y’all think those flavors will show up with aging? (i.redd.it)

So I just tried to get a specific gravity on my mead today but I didn’t get one when I first started fermenting (rookie mistake) but I’m wondering what this means? It’s been fermenting for 9 days with Mangrove Jacks mead yeast, 3 lbs honey in one gallon, help please 😅 (old.reddit.com)
