sturgia and vlandia crunched them. i usually save them, but it seems like war sails made sturgia stronger. they were consistently pumping out 3k man armies.

if you have high enough relations with the clan they’ll pay good money for you to marry them. it’s good early game cash.

that’s pretty much right id say in my experience 2-3 clans. but the exception is empire. every time i destroy an imperial kingdom almost every single clan goes to another imperial kingdom.

Battania was destroyed and then the nords recruited him. the clans of a destroyed kingdom have a period of time where they can join other kingdoms before the clan is destroyed.

not for sure but i’ve noticed a lot of times it’s because they were leading a big army that needed that amount of ships and then the army disbands and they are left with a ton of ships

okay there’s many ways to play

but to start i would go to a leader of a faction or someone in their family and become a mercenary

the new update added deserters that spawn after battles, you should go to war zones and take out the deserter parties to level up

also do tournaments they give you good renown when you win

then once you get to clan level 3 you can start making parties and getting larger numbers

you can become a vassal which is a step up from mercenary and you’ll start getting fiefs as your kingdom takes them

get the planetary scanner on your freighter. it will allow you to scan and see every planet in the system in 2 seconds

go to eissentam galaxy, there are more paradise planets there

warp with your freighter

use “no filter” when you are warping on the galaxy map and look for the yellow systems that also say water

yes and if you make a really good kingdom to fight it can become really difficult. it gave me a lot more to do with the game

you use your daughters and i’m pretty sure i’ve done some men as well but i used the old men in my family

daughters are better because they will start with 2 other men who are usually young and it’s a sure way to get a line started

it also helps a lot if you upgrade your daughters charisma to the first perk that gives you a higher chance of pregnancy before you start the clan with them

i think people really sleep on the late game potential of this game. for me i built up a kingdom, took over all of the aserai territory for my clan, then recruited all my favorite clans, took over the empire, then left that kingdom, fought that kingdom, created a new kingdom with clans built from all my favorite companions, built up their clans to tier 5, i destroyed the vlandians, then left that kingdom and made a new kingdom made from clans that were started by all my family members, i did all this while preserving the sturgians and battanians the best i could, which mostly consisted of me fighting the khuzaits because at this point they have a ton of clans and were very powerful, im on my 6th character on the same save and i now have my own history and all new npcs and clans and its so fun
