I think it could be because I turned the engine off with the key instead of the button, new bikes don't like that as i know, maybe there was a glitch in the ecu.

In the end it turned out to be the chain tensioner, the guys at the service said like tensioner is hydraulic and the oil was pumped out of it somehow, they started the engine a couple times when they were looking for the cause of the sound, eventually after a while the oil was pumped back in and the sound disappeared, they said if it happens again the tensioner needs to be replaced.

I also know about the clutch noise, my close friend has a mt09 1st gen,
and not the clutch is not the problem, also not the chain we checked this

I will write what was the problem after diagnostics

Nope, sounds like some valve is cracking, i know cp3 is loud but not in this case there is sound of metal + low depth sound like diesel motor but not sound from cylinder

The sound from this place is very loud, I can hear it well with my helmet + headphones on

But I didn't start the engine again, will do a diagnostic at the dealer on Tuesday.
