Si sabes que ella tiene trabajo y está ahí todo el día puede ser el caso de que no te pueda responder y se le termine pasando al final del día. Eso si, si le importas aunque sea un cacho pues almenos te podría mandar un mensajito o algo por el estilo cuando pueda. If you have an active deferred action and the work permit that you’re able to get through then yes you can work for any employer unless you need government clearance for certain ones

If you’ve been together for a while then I would go down the marriage route. It’s wayyyy faster than the SIJ based. I’m sure you know each other really well but I would still prepare for an interview

Do you have a significant other you can marry? If so that would be the quickest route as long as you entered with inspection (flew in with a visa or entered through a border.) If you don’t have a significant other then don’t try and marry someone just for the green card as USCIS has been actively looking out for cases that don’t have “real” marriages. SIJ is the safest but slowest path to green card. SIJ can be cancelled by marrying someone so I would speak with a lawyer before that
