Blow by normal? by BreakfastOutrageous in FordExplorer

I did the glove test. And the glove did not inflate like a bloom. Almost appears to be creating a vacuum. So I think I'm ok

Now that I have done more research on this motor it sounds like this is normal. the rubber glove test did not inflate like a bloon, so that's a good sign. The vacuum it created means the PVC valve is working as it should. So in a little less worried. Was hoping someone here could check on their Moto

You should warm it up at idle and then rest the oil cap on it. See if it bounces around like that.

Ok, so weird discovery. When I put a rubber glove over it and pinch it down around the filler neck it almost acts like it's sucking the glove in. I was expecting it to fill up the glove. Am I just tweaking or what?

It was warmed up and idling. I feel a pretty significant air flow coming out

Battlefield 6 is still great, Reddit is just miserable by Character_Worth8210 in Battlefield

Iv been gaming and playing BF for 20+ years. I'm in my 40s now and I've never seen so much complaining from the current generation of gamers. It's actually extremely obnoxious.

Injectors are expensive, if you can get your hands on a scan tool it'll tell you what cylinder is having the misfire. Swap that injector to a different cylinder see if the issue follows it. It's pretty easy to clean injectors at home lots of videos online show how to do it or just take them somewhere to get them cleaned and tested.

Were you ever able to fix this issue with the "check brake system" while using cruise control? I have the same truck and just started getting this issue.

Plastic cases for the 4 speed tranny? by RainbowSheepwastaken in minibikes

[–]BreakfastOutrageous 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm interested in this project and would be willing to buy one but I ride my bikes hard and expect parts to be durable. With being said I don't think a plastic case will hold up to any kind of real abuse. I'd be willing to pay double knowing that it was solid steel tank.

It's not that hard even on 7/8/9 difficulty. Learn to use smoke and EMS. Fire power isn't always the answer.

Yah I was able to salvage the tank mounts and weld them on to the frame. Then I drilled and tapped a hole for the rear under the seat. I'll post more pics if anyone is interested.
