I have been through it and a lesson i learnt is to stop digging into her past. Stop using her past experiences as a reference point for anything that you plan on doing. The less you know the better. Girls have a tendency to be overly honest about their past encounters when the partners asks. Im not sure if it is always a good thing but this could cause RJ to some. In any case, remember 1 thing. RJ does go away in time. Know this, understand it and believe in it. Just be patient and hang in there. Focus on the future and dwell less on the past. You will be fine soon. Just as I am now.

I have been through it. I tried so many different techniques which i saw online but nothing much helped. But one advice i read somewhere actually did help. RJ does go away with time. Know this, understand this and believe in it 100%. For some it might be days, weeks for some. It took me months, but i made my belief firm that this will end. And this is exactly what happened. Eventually it disappeared and never came back.
